We went to the pediatrician today for our first appointment. She did great but I have to say that I'm not thrilled with the doctor. We interviewed her before but today was just different. I think we're going to have to make a change. Suggestions for pediatricians in Dallas are welcome.
So, about our little superstar. The nurse was amazed at how alert and mobile she is for only 7 days old which makes Mommy and Daddy proud. She weighed 6lbs 14oz when she was born and was down to 6lbs 6oz when we left the hospital on Friday. As of today, she's back up to 6lbs 10oz and is in the 22% for weight. She measured 20" at birth and is up to 20.5" which is in the 86% for height.
She is sleeping well and I have to wake her up most times for feedings. GiGi, MaMaw and PaPaw have been visiting a lot which gives Mommy and Daddy a nice break. The rest of the time we just sit and watch her. We are in complete awe of this little girl. God is truly amazing and I have never felt so blessed.

In the April issue of D magazine, they have a list of the top pediatricians in Dallas and surrounding areas. If you want a copy let me know, I have them at work and get them for free...yay perks! haha. I'm glad her appointment went well and everyone's doing great!
